Makro Online Refund
I am having endless problems with makro online regarding a credit refund. So I purchased a 55" LG Nano Cell for R10998 I then canceled the order and purchased the 65" LG Nano Cell which was on promotion for R14999 as I was advised by Nosipho who works at Makro Amanzimtoti that the refund on the 55" LG Nano Cell for R10998 will take 4-5 days to be credited back into my account. Till date there has been no response from makro and also NO refund they are very quick to take your money but to pay back your own hard earn sweat it takes forever. Please I will advise everyone and anyone who I come across do not purchase online from Makro or Makro at all because their services is very bad.

Thank you funny thing is I went to Makro Amanzimtoti today and I was told that the refund was done yesterday 05/10/2022 yet another person from makro said it was done on the 29/09/2022. There was alot of incompetence here including the financial management Grant Feldman which only approved my refund yesterday. I will definitely not purchase again from makro online or advise anyone and I will go to the extremes to let everyone know about the online store!
