Makro Online Refund
Made a payment online using the Instant EFT option. Decided to cancel the order as they were taking way longer than expected to deliver and the item was cheaper in store compared to online.
Its been back and forth trying to get the refund as I have provided a bank statement of the payment as well as the online invoice and I am yet to receive a refund after 3 months
