Makro online reaches heights of incompetence

I have ordered a simple item - 3 meters of a cable spiral wrap. I was promised delivery within 2-5 working days. I have heard nothing from Makro. On working day 5 I started sending messages, receiving "canned" responses (that is, identical text responses cut and paste). After I insisted on cancelling my order and receiving a refund, I receive a few more automatic BS responses and, on the 7th working day, with no forward warning, the item was suddenly delivered. I'm telling you all this so you can avoid Makro online. Rather, go to one their stores. Note that they do not provide a collection facility form one of their branches.
