Makro Online purchasing is worst mistake

I purchased a Defy stove online and chose the Collect at Makro Crown mine instore option, 3 days after I received a call from Makro whilst in a meeting, telling me that Makro Crown mine couldn't fulfil the order instead Makro Strubens Valley will fulfill it and they needed my address for delivery, i gave her the details, later on I received an email saying the order has been fulfilled by Makro Strubens Valley, I waited for a delivery, nothing came, I called Makro Strubens Valley online department and a gentleman answered the call and told me that the stove had been dispatched that morning so I should wait for delivery, but no delivery came, I called the same online department again around 4pm, a lady answered, after checking my order number she then tells me that the stove was still at their store, it was never dispatched and I should actually go in person at Makro Strubens Valley to collect since i had opted for Collect ion at Makro crown mines, i should as well organize a collection from them.....i then tried calling customer care so that they can sort the issue out or refund but all i get was *please hold, whilst we try to sort out the matter* twice, now I am stuck
