MAKRO ONLINE PURCHASING
I purchased a phone online 05-10-2025, according to Makro it would take 18 days to be delivered( 18 days, i thought that was abit much and called to see if i can maybe collect the phone rather to save some time as i needed the phone urgently) I was advised i have to wait till the 22nd or 23rd when the phone will be delivered. Today marks Day 18- i have no phone and have paid full upfront. i had to call and follow up only to find out that the order was only PROCESSED today. I have called and emailed a few times-but nobody understands my urgency as a client-THEY MADE THEIR SALE-GOT MY MONEY-CANNOT PROVIDE FEEDBACK AND WHO KNOWS WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THE PHONE? I HOPE TO HEAR FROM SOMEONE- EVENTUALLY- IF THERE IS AN AFTERSALES SERVICE AT MAKRO- IF SOMEONE GAVE A DAM ABOUT ANOTHER.....I GUESS IM AT THE MERCY OF THIS WONDERFUL AND HELPFUL TEAM UNTIL I GET FEEDBACK OR MAYBE EVEN THE PHONE I PAID FOR 18 DAYS AGO...

If you were sorry for the inconvenience, should you not have tried to get me the similar phone as I already paid you for it? I would have expected that when choosing a so called reputable supplier-I probably would have had better service and a better outcome at a smaller company.
I placed an order for a new phone 25 days ago with Makro, TODAY I still don’t have a phone and still don’t have the money I PAID…

I paid you guys for nothing using my own money…I’m not rich like you guys at makro-so 10k spent on sweet nothing is not only an inconvenience-it’s now messing with my monthly budget and spending which I’m sure means nothing to the wonderful team at Makro…
If I could get an update on the refund?
I doubt I’ll get anything-I’ll receive more empty sorries and no assistance but let’s see what happens-things change and maybe Makro will try doing the job they are paid for and not take clients money for a joke….
