Makro Online Purchases not recommended

Purchased and paid for an item 22 May'26, according to their policy, delivery should take place 2-7 working days. According to the confirmation of the order, the delivery was to take place 29th May'26. It is the 3rd of June today and I am still wating. Their couriers DPD Laser has been lying about the delivery of the order since Monday 01st Jun'26. I requested a refund which will probably take another 2 weeks even if they said 3 to 5 working days. I guess I can only assume they will have to wait for DPD Laser to return the parcel to them before they start the refund process. It was my first and my last time buying via Makro online and I dont recommend anyone to purchase via their online services unless you are willing to wait without any form of communication. Surely they should have a process in place to verify if orders were delivered according to their dates...............Makro+DPD Lasers = disaster.
