Makro Online purchases NO MORE!

I ordered a product online on the 24th November and to this day I have not received it. Customer service is pathetic and full of useless promises and empty excuses. Everytime I call in I get told that they requested feedback from the supplier. Makes me wonder what agreement does Makro have in place with their suppliers. Afterall this experience is a bad reflection to Makro's brand not the supplier.
