Makro Online purchases - BEWARE!!!

17/02/2020 - Registered a new online account with Makro and purchased 4 rechargeable desk lamps. Unfortunately they did not have the colors I requested, and called me to verify. i then accepted whatever other colors was available. Orders arrived the following day by courier. I opened the first box and found it was missing the charging cable. Immediately called the helpline who advised that I log it in the online site. I did this. Checked the other boxes and found another opened package with the cable missing and also logged this on the website. This morning, I tried to track my query on the site and there is no trace of any fault logged. I received calls from makro this morning, but when answering there is no-one on the line. Re-logged all the faults on the site again this morning, and the fault logger still indicated no history of any faults logged by myself. Very frustrating and a huge risk to purchase online from Makro. Still have had no feedback from Makro. Totally unprofessional.
