MAKRO ONLINE PURCHASE - SHOCKING SERVICE EXPERIENCE

I have bought a Chimney online on the 4th of December 2021, still today i haven't received my order(MAK***), im so disappointed at Makro for the bad service, i have been calling them directly for several times now, with no assistance. Next time i will think twice when i want to buy something at Makro online, im not happy at all, it 30 December now.
