Makro online purchase review

I ordered a printer online on the 25th of November 2021 I'm now approaching a month without my printer that I ordered and paid for on time. When consulting the customer care line they keep on telling me that they'll give me feedback. Makro customer service especially for online purchases is appalling I wouldn't recommend it to anyone 😠
