Makro online purchase refund .

I ordered a portaable shower in December 2024. It included a 40l water-bag. It arrived without the bag. I reported it and arranged for collection in Jan. Item returned in Jan. Its now almost March and I am being sent from pillar to post for my refund. Ironically, they have their item returned and I sit with the frustration of getting my refund. Absolutely the poorest service I have ever experienced ! I expected much better from Makro - ALAS !!!
