Makro online purchase. Not recommended.

Online order placed 5 September 2024 . Notice received 12 September 2024 that the courier has collected the items and will deliver. As 1 October 2024 the courier states that they do not have the items and cannot pick up the waybill/ order number . The store cannot find the order . The courier doesn't have it. The support at Springfield branch states they will review the video footage to see which driver picked up the items . Contact numbers were provided. The numbers are not valid . Absolute no control . I would not recommend purchasing online.
