Makro online purchase nightmare!

THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING ONLINE FROM MAKRO/MAKRO GQEBERHA (PE)!!! Worst online purchase experience ever!!! Supposed to take 3-7days (NOTE: website does not refer to week days only) from purchase to delivery..... Only received my delivery after 10 days!!! And only as a result of my relentlessly calling the Makro customer call centre (5x times) and eventually the new Makro Gqeberha/Port Elizabeth store, otherwise I would still be waiting in lingo. NOTE: The delivery was in the same city as the store and stock was available. Quick to take your money but not a word about what the issue/hold up was and how it would be resolved. Communicate people! Thanks to David from Makro Gqeberha/Port Elizabeth who took ownership of the problem, and managed to get the order attended and delivered, same day. The Makro online order tracking of my said purchase is however still in packaging status.....
