MAKRO ONLINE PURCHASE - NEVER AGAIN !!!!!

Bought a Tent online via Makro website, when I received the tent I realized the description of the tent and what you get is two different things. I immediately indicated on my profile that I don't want the tent as it's not as per the description and they initiated a return request and indicated thet they will collect it. This was the 27th of March and still no feedback on when they will collect or refund me. The call center knows nothing saying i need to contact the supplier which is "Selambeaty" this company refers me back to Makro and say they need to collect and refund me. How do I go about to get this resolved?
