Makro Online Purchase *****. Makro takes money and refuses delivery or cancelation.

!!Please beware of purchasing from Makro online!!

I placed an order on 2 November for delivery. It is now the 6 December (one month later), and the Item was never delivered and Makro refuses to cancel the order or deliver the item. It's just plain theft and *****. They claim the reason is that thier system shows the order as "in progress". Everytime i call they apologise and promise to sort it out the same day, but nothing ever gets resolved and they have never bothered to call me once after promising to get back to me.

!! Please beware of purchasing from Makro online!!, thier behaviour is ********** and i'm investigating other options with my bank.
