Makro online purchase

I made a purchase online for a ICA Geometric plasma stand (R 4 999) on 11 July 2023. I contacted customer care on 17 July to be told after one week that the item I ordered has been discontinued and they will contact me regarding the refund process.. I am still waiting on the call to receive my refund...I will never purchase from Makro online again. By the way, the item is still available to purchase online.
