Makro online purchase

First week in December 24 I purchased a laptop from Makro online. Makro out of stock order canceled. I'm literally waiting since December for my refund. Call agents escalate my query and everyone promises you someone will contact you, which never happens. I'm phoning every second day and still no refund after numerous emails and phone calls. Today even the agent is saying she doesn't know what to do and here I'm stuck over the phone waiting for my R5k+ Makro online is not being bothered at all!! I never regretted so much buying online from them and will never make the mistake again.
