Makro online purchase

I bought a washing machine online at Makro on the 29th of August 2022. The turn around time was 21 working days. But till this day I haven't received the order, the was no communication from them on what the delay was. Till I called and was told that the order is suppose to be from their Alberton store and the out of stock. I went to the store and still no feedback was given on the progress, I have to call all the time to find out how far are they with sourcing the washing machine. It's frustrating and unprofessional. I bought using a credit card now am paying for an item I don't have and being charged interest. Assistance would be great *** +***
