Makro online purchase and returning product very poor service

Purchasing item on Makro online is good fast service in receiving the product/item you received but when the item/products have faults it is a hustle to return it or technician coming to your place to resolve the matter,online purchase can't be taken back in store but must be fetch via by your home which this strategy is very very poor"The agent is good but very very poor service keep calling me and keep changing dates and I even thinking of asking for refund because since Tuesday I was promised to resolve the matter,I didn't receive reference, secondly I waited for the technician to visit my home on Tuesday and time was set for 11am but didn't show up and I ended up using my airtime to call and ask about technician and overall they ask reference number which I didn't receive so very bad very bad poor service and I was thinking of involving my lawyer and hellopeter also because it is useless to buy online then when receiving problem with product it's hustle to change or fix the product overall it is best I get full refund because I see this issue keep escalating and taking so long agent promised me abt Thursday then nobody call until yesterday then promise again for yesterday to receive another call then was call again today while agent mpho didn't call again yesterday as he calls today to assure me tomorrow so overall very poor service I'm so disappointed 😔😔 in Makro😠😠😠” overall very very poor service.
