After waiting for well over a month I have finally received my purchase. It was delivered today. This is a great platform. I honestly believe I would still be waiting if I hadn't use this review platform.

So today I opened the hoverboard. After removing the bubble wrap it became clear that the box had been opened before and inside the box there were two owners manuals, I didn't mind because I thought maybe the store does an inspection before shipping. After reading through the instructions I took out the hoverboard, the charging port is damaged and the wheels indicate previous use. What do I do with this product now? I can't charge it because the charging port is damaged. I am very disappointed, I have waited for well over a month and when the product finally arrives it is damaged, it's literally a second hand good. Two disappointments for my child, a late gift, when it arrives it's damaged and doesn't work! Makro you need to improve your service, this is uncharacteristic of you!
