Makro online purchase

Makro online app is so useless!! This is my second order I placed with them that has never been delivered. They make you wait a week after ordering only to cancel the order themselves and tell you they'll refund after 7 days! You guys are pathetic!! What's the use of having an online service if you can't deliver?
