I had purchased 2 items online a Smart TV Box and a Fan - the tv box worked for 2 days and then gave up, the fan came to me with parts missing. i logged returns after the store couldnt help - they fetched after 2 weeks and another week later i still have no feedback, the callcentre says an email will come through. i will not be purchasing online again and the customer service and return policy is bul****
