MAKRO Online Purchace Gen Tec invertor

I bought Gen tec Invertor in November during Black Friday specials I waited more than 30 days for delivery I only received it in December and immediately realise it is faulty,I called Makro for a exchange But they did not come n collect it They only came in May to collect the invertor after I called them more than 10 times

Gregory sent me a email in June to say they can’t refund me I must buy new batteries but to my surprise a week earlier he said they will refund me cos they no longer sell Gen-Tec Invertor’s

Terms and conditions of Makro says full refund within 14 days if u r not certified with their products but now all of a sudden they are refusing to refund

I need my refund of R10999 cos I do not want this faulty invertor anymore

This is the worst service I have received from MAKRO
