Makro online predicament

I'm so disappointed in Makro online. I purchased a blender on the 24 of August and on my order it says that my order is out for delivery but the email they sent me says the blender is out of stock. So now why didn't they inform me that the blender is out of stock instead of them accepting my order then letting me know after a few days that it is out of stock. This is very poor service delivery coz I've been sending emails ever since and no response
