Makro Online Poor Service

I bought a laptop battery online on 9/1/2025. It was packed and handed to a courier the same day. It was delevered to me 11 days later on the 21st/1/2025. After opening the package I realised they had sent the wrong item. It's bigger than the battery I ordered. It doesn't resemble the picture in their own catalog either. My RETURN REQUEST was logged by Makro on 24/1/2025. To this day, the issue has still not been resolved. They haven't bothered to contact me either. I've followed up via email, to no avail.
