Makro Online Poor service

Bought a laptop online from Makro on the 18 Feb 2025 and it was delivered on the 21 Feb 2025. The next day laptop doesn’t switch on and shows no life even when plugged in the charger. On the 23 Feb 2025 I logged a request for return online and I get an automated email that they will review and collect the return in 2-4 days. Till today no response. I have called about 3 times talking to different agents that keep telling me I should wait. Today is the 08 March 2025 and I’m still sitting with a laptop that won’t switch on. I’ve never been this disappointed by Makro Online. Just poor service and no care whatsoever.
