Makro Online - Poor Service

I made an online order on 6 December 2022, I followed up on 9 December 2022 when I was assured that my order will be delivered by 13 December 2022 as initially stated on the confirmation email. Today is the 20th, I have not received anything and absolutely no correspondence regarding my order whatsoever. So, I phoned again today and after holding on for 15 minutes, just to be told that the turnaround time is 10 working days. Well, today is the 10th day. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have never ever received such poor service from any online store before. I am totally disgusted. If you cannot keep up, leave it or go and learn from Takealot or maybe just stick to in-store sales!!! So... I am still waiting. Going forward I will not recommend Makro Online, not even to my worst enemy.
