Makro Online poor service

I am so frustrated with Makro Online. I placed an order with R4000+ and the order was split into 8 separate deliveries, one of them is groceries that is just not coming. They keep saying the delivery is scheduled for today (for the past three days) and I am stuck and not able to move because I don't even know when they will deliver! The next thing a message comes in saying they couldn't find me.
