Makro online poor non existent service

Makro online a **** Poor service, I ordered item was due for delivery 5 March 2025 and was not received to date. called the call center useless action no use, close it down, unskilled staff. called again was refused manager assistance or a manager name. I wonder if I should now go and report this matter to the police since I am not sure that the methods are above board. I will definitely write to the CPA
