Makro Online - Poor customer service and no integrity

On the 29th Aug 2022 I've placed an Online order #MAK*** and estimated delivery is between 2-5 days yet till today I have not yet received my order and I get no feed back or update from the Makro Store Bloemfontein. A Manager named Greg assured me that he'll sort out the issue but when I phone the store he is to no avail and no one else get back to regarding my order and its almost a month now. Thursday the 22nd Sep 2022 Makro Bloemfontein store phone and told my order is In JHB and that store is handling it yet my order was placed at Bloemfontein store and on that they it was promised that it wil be delivered on the Friday latest yet im still waiting for my order
