Makro online please refund my money as promised.

I recently bought 3 items online. The 3rd item they had to cancel it as they didn’t have the stock at their store. I was told I will be refunded my money for the item that was sold out within 7 days, this was on the 12th of August till today I have not received my money back. I have been sending countless emails and making calls to no avail. If I knew purchasing online with them was going to be so stressful I wouldn’t have bought from them.
