MAKRO ONLINE PLAYING HIDE AND SEEK WITH ME

On the 1st of February I made a purchase online for a coffee table, the item was available on stock according to their website. Delivery takes 2 to 5 working days, to this date they are failing to deliver on my purchase or even refund my money. I just donated money to Makro, my heart hurts because now they are lying to me everyday I get a different story. This guys even told me that my purchase was handed to the Courier the Courier never receive such on their side is a mess I am trying so hard to be calm but hey the lies are too much. A certain Wandile Sibeko promised me that I will receive my order on Friday, then she shifted to Monday, then she went dead. She is not even taking my calls anymore, apparently she's not at work now. Dear Makro I need my money and nothing else.
