Makro online platform is far from frictionless

Makro just have not got thier delivery model right. They could learn a lesson from Take a lot. They sign up with providers to do direct delivery for non store items. They then do not keep you adequitley informed on when to expect delivery. Thier service providers phone you to say they will deliver and then they dont arrive. Makros poor attemt at a chat BOT to deal the matter leaves a lot to be desired. The same products are distributed through other platfoms with a frictionless experience.
