Makro online payment system

I've placed an order online due to what I was looking for you'll be able to get only online as advertised on the website. I made an order, made a payment via instant EFT, money went through my account but on the website of Makro shows still waiting for payment. I have lodged a complain which was acknowledged by an automated email that they'll attend to my query to this day I'm still waiting.

I need that item to be delivered.
