Makro online "payment not confirmed" mistake
We ordered a TV online on 26 March and paid with a credit card. Order number OD***. Makro keeps on saying that our payment has not been received. I sent them proof of payment (Which is quite a mission when you pay via credit card) twice already. I get a return message calling me "Hello null" saying they are "on it". But still no response and no TV

11 Apr 2025, 14:16Thank you Makro. I have been phoning Makro a couple of times and all I get told is that my request is being escalated. Well I looked now and saw that the amount was returned to my husband's credit card.
