MAKRO ONLINE PATHETIC SERVICE

Order nr MAK***. We have ordered online from Makro Centurion on 6 December 2024. They were supposed ro dwliver on the 7th but ww received an sms to say delivery has failed. We contacted Makro online via WhatsApp and they said delivery will take place the next day. It did not take place. 10th. According to the Whatsapp delivery was done and it was not delivered. I telephonically contacted Customer Care and was I was told the order was not picked up at Centurion for delivery. I was informed that itbhasbbeen escalated and delivery will be done on the 12th December 2024. Once again no delivery. I contacted online again on 14 December early the morning. It is now tje 15th and only this morning they rep**** that delivery is done. It is once again not delivered. A week now and no delivery after so muxh constant communication and empty delivery promises. We will NEVER order from Makro online again.
