MAKRO ONLINE PATHETIC SERVICE!!

Makro Online provides the most pathetic service ever! They should get 5 stars for NO SERVICE!!! I bought a trampoline December 2024 for my down syndrome son as christmas present, i used my bonus as i am a single mother and dont have that kind of money laying around. 7 January i logged a return - 9 Months later and i am still driving with it, as I received it in the boot of my car. been to Wonderboom Makro twice to return, they wont help me. People! Dont buy anything online if there is the slightest chance that you might want to return it. cant complain the service, because there IS NO SERVICE!!!! PATHETIC!! Its almost christmas again!!!! and thanks to you my son had no chrismas present!
