Makro online - PATHETIC!!!!!!!

Yet again huge disappointment by ordering through Makro online. I have placed my order on 18 August. After doing the online payment, I was informed that the payment was unsuccessful and I should try again. This happened 3 times and when consulting my bank statement, all 3 payments were deducted. All 3 proof of payments were submitted to Makro and followed up telephonically about 3-4 times. Still no feedback from them. As I really needed the items on order, I requested that they allocate the one payment that still showed "retry payment" and refund the other 2 payments. I was twice ensured that the order will most definitely be processed. 18 days later and the order status is "cancelled" and no refund was paid as yet. This means over R16 000 is lying in Makro's bank account and they don't seem to be interested in refunding me or process my order after being promised twice that it will be done. I really expected much more from such a large and (non) trustworthy company. It is a shame!!!!!!!!
