Makro Online Pathetic

So I spoke to your wonderful call center agents who told me that they are arranging for my goods to be delivered today at 9am. I asked your courier where are they and when will it be delivered and was told its still at Makro they have no idea when it will be handed over to them or delivered. I am sick and tired of all your bladdy lies. I want my stuff delivered if you can't deliver then give me back my money and I will buy the **** elsewhere. What a damn disgrace for such a big corporation. You can't even update your bladdy system still shows my delivery is taking place on the 6th November! Seems your wonderful call centre agents themselves have no idea what they doing.
