MAKRO ONLINE - pathetic

Bought furniture online - did not know it is third party suppliers, thought it is in storage at Makro -Makro actually a intermediator for sales and take commission. Bought 3 chairs - they are to refund / return 1 chair - they refunded me for 3 chairs. and 1 chair that needs to be collected is still in my office. So i own them money for 2 chairs - asked 3 times to be invoiced. This has been coming since May - supplier of the chairs asked me if i can pay them directly and cut out Makro as they are pathetic.
