Makro Online - Pathetic After Sales Service and non existent customer care

Please be wary of purchasing from the Makro online store. After sales service is pathetic!!

I logged a return for 3 outdoor solar cameras which were faulty but was only refunded for 1. It's been weeks and I am still waiting on a refund for the other 2 cameras. Don't bother calling the call center because you'll get the same useless feedback every single time. Same with emailing Makro support. Same ****, different agent! I've actually given up on getting refunded for the other 2 cameras. It's literally mission impossible because of incompetence.
