Makro Online pathetic

I bought a doll pram for my neice for her birthday at Online Macro on the 5th of May . When I received the item it was flimsy and the wheels were broken. I’ve logged a return on the 8th of May and it’s been more than a month already. I still have the pram in my possession. After numerous calls and emails it’s still not sorted... I’ve spoken to Anthony who is a TL, Beatrice and many consults where all of them make **** promises. All I wanted was to return this item and get my money back but it’s still unresolved. I need to make 20-40 min calls to the callcentre only for them to tell me that this is being escalated... I would never buy from Makro Online again... they so quick to take your money but when it comes to returns.. you have to wait months- AND STILL WONT BE RESOLVED- LIKE MY CASE!
