MAKRO ONLINE PATHETIC!!!

Waste of time to use their online platform. Purchased a 16kg top loader washing machine online on 18/05/2020. Get a call on the 25/05/2020 to tell me that there is no stock of the product. Ok why did it accept my online order and why did i have to wait 7 days to be told there is no stock, Ok fine just give me money back then, they say it would be refunded within 7 to 14 working days. I cannot be expected to wait so long for my money back when this whole issue is no fault of mine, so i ask them please can i have my money back sooner and they say they will escalate it to their finance department. so i called back on 26/05/2020 and got the same story they have escalated it. same story on the 27th and 28th, today is the 29th and i have still not received my refund or a call from makro to inform me what is going on. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK TO PURCHASE ANOTHER WASHING MACHINE DEFINITELY NOT FROM YOUR STORE, EVER. You just lost another customer, WELL DONE!
