Makro Online out of touch

Ordered a washing Machine, to be delivered 16th Dec. On the 18th, a simple call to the 7 minute waiting for them to answer, Late on delivery? Can happen. Info received? Wumdrop says Makro cancelled the order, Makro says Wumdrop cancelled the order. All sorts of stories like the isn't stock to I don't know. I drove to Makro and saw the machine there, I can't pick it up because I selected delivery. Everyday I get a message that it will be delivered tomorrow. They are not wrong, tomorrow never comes.
