Makro Online Orders
I ordered a double bed and base set, fitted sheets and a duvet off Makro online on the 15 of October. I received the sheets and the duvet but up to today I still do not have the bed. When I phoned on Friday to find out what is going on I was told that it's on delivery, but nothing. I phoned again on Monday and Tuesday again I was told it's is out on delivery, but yet again nothing. I received a call from their support centre yesterday 23 of October and the guy said that is is still sitting at the warehouse and the courier had been several times and just didn't bother to load it for delivery. This guy said that now I will only be getting the bed set on Monday the 28 of October. This is pathetic and will advise no one to order off of the Makro Online.
