Makro Online Orders: Delivery

I ordered on Thursday 19 Dec 2024 with delivery on Saturday 21 Dec 2024.

I did the online order as I was having a children's birthday party on the Saturday afternoon and had other errands to do and would not be able to go to Makro in-store.

No delivery was done on Saturday 21 Dec 2024 and no update was given wrt to the situation.

I had to run around to get the stuff that I needed for the party whilst the children had arrived.

This is pathetic and poor service.
