Makro Online Orders - Beware!!

I am surprised and shocked that a previously reputable organization such as Makro can just go for the dogs. I did quite some online purchases in the past, but this one is DEFINITELY the LAST. I cannot log into my account to look at order progress. The Whatsapp facility that Makro recommends to you during every UNANSWERED call I made to them is really a lot of nonsense and of no help. I cannot reach them by either mail or phone to rather cancel my order. On 6 June 2020 I bought a R6000.00 item with the big promise "Estimated Delivery 7 - 10 working days" *****! - what can you say more?? In my business, I will inform my customer if I can not honor a commitment, but Makro??
