Makro Online Orders a Nightmare with Services

So tried of Makro online services you cannot get through their lines or phones at all for your own order you paid for. no one ever answers the phone you cannot get any information online about the order. No direct number for the store. The number for woodmead goes to a 3rd party who then tries to put you through to Makro which does not work. How frustrating are these services. DONT BUY FROM MAKRO
