Makro Online orders a nightmare!

We placed an online order and paid in full for it on 28 May 2023. The ETA on the website is 2 to 5 working days. Today is the 13th of June already. After numerous calls and time spent phoning and e-mailing the Makro Online SUPPORT centre, no delivery have taken place, and we still don't know when it will take place or even what the excuse there are for it not being done. The only feedback we received was an e-mail saying that the order has been escalated. And how extremely sorry they are for this. This is the worst online experience ever!
