Makro online orders

Purchased a product online , waited over a week (delivery date) delivery date had passed never received any updates, I had to follow up with Makro , only to be told after 4 days of me calling that the order would be cancelled and I will be refunded , this was after 100 calls made to a bunch of ************* idiots at the call centre , who clearly don’t know they job , they don’t have proper customer service training , and can’t keep to promises of even returning my call or simply an update via email, asked to speak to a manager on the very first day , to date am still waiting , honestly don’t ever use this service unless u want stress in your life , worst ***ing company ever, “Makro Customer service contact centre “ my ass , no customer service there !!! Just whole lot of useless *****s Whoever runs your contact centre is a waste , they just there to collect a paycheck at the end of the month…….
